Eunice Dentist, Dr Caroline Manuel DDS
Dr. Manuel received a B.S. degree in dental hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry (LSUSD) in 2002. After working one year as a dental hygienist, she returned to LSUSD to complete four years of dental school to earn her D.D.S. degree in 2007, along with an Honors in Teaching certificate. She belonged to the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society and was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She was also the recipient of several prestigious awards including: the Student Total Achievement Award, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award, and the Outstanding Student Leader Award. Upon graduation she was accepted into the orthodontic residency program at LSUSD, where she completed two years of post-graduate training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. She enjoys cooking, running, traveling, and spending time with her family. She resides in Vidrine with her husband, Duffy, and three children, William, Nicholas, and Isabella.
Dr. Manuel is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Acadian District Dental Association. She has presented continuing education credits to dental hygienists and is also a gratis faculty member at LSUSD while serving as a Eunice Dentist.
